Another thing to note — private-pay is always an option. There are a lot of benefits to not using insurance! Here are a few:
Greater Privacy & Confidentiality
Your sessions and progress stay fully between you and your therapist. No reports or records are shared with insurance companies. No Diagnosis Required
You can seek support for whatever is most important to you—whether that’s personal growth, relationships, stress, or life transitions—without needing a mental health label.Freedom & Flexibility
You and your therapist decide how often to meet, how long to continue, and what your care looks like—without outside restrictions.Choose the Best Fit for You
You aren’t limited to providers who are “in-network.” This allows you to find the therapist who truly feels like the right match for your needs and goals.Focus on What Matters Most
Therapy can be fully centered on your healing, growth, and well-being—not on meeting insurance requirements.
If you have any further questions regarding this, please contact us.

Please connect with your therapist on rescheduling your appointment. We ask that you give 24 hours’ notice to your therapist for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $100 fee, which insurance does not cover.
