We will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance to go towards possible out-of-network deductibles or reimbursement.

Private Pay

$130 per individual therapy session. $40-$60 per group therapy session.

  You aren’t limited to providers who are “in-network.” This allows you to find the therapist who truly feels like the right match for your needs and goals.

  Therapy can be fully centered on your healing, growth, and well-being—not on meeting insurance requirements.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Feel free to Contact Us or ask your therapist for more information if a reduced fee is needed.

Cancellation Policy

Embrace Counseling Center therapists prioritize the time scheduled for your session and ask that you do as well. Missing scheduled appointments without notification to your therapist at least 24 hours in advance will result in a charge for the full cost of your session, not just the copay. (Please note that these missed appointments are not covered by insurance plans.) Our late cancellation and no show fee is $100. In instances where a 24-hour cancellation notification is not possible, please discuss the specifics of the situation with your therapist. It is recommended that you discuss with your therapist about the preferred method of cancellation (telephone, text or email).

Embrace Counseling Center accepts payments in cash, check, debit or credit card, including most HSA/FHSA account cards.
